HBO's new corporate offices are located in the Ivy Station complex in Culver City. The company wanted to create a splash in its new neighborhood. In order to do so, HBO partnered with Intersection, an experience-driven out-of-home media company, to transform the station into a modern office complex. The resulting project features several forms of out-of-home media to promote the company's new headquarters.

Ivy Station

The construction of the new Ivy Station complex in Los Angeles is set to begin in late 2017. The $300 million development is the result of a collaboration between Rockwood Capital, AECOM-Canyon Partners, and Lowe. The complex will include 200 apartments, a 148-room Hyatt Shay Hotel, and over 240,000 square feet of office space. In addition to HBO's new home, the complex will feature 50,000 square feet of ground-level retail. Tenants of Ivy Station include Mamoun's, Stretch Labs, YogaSix, and Healthy Spot.

The project is expected to be completed in 2022, and will include a hotel and 148-unit apartments. In addition to the office space, there will be retail and restaurant space on the ground level. The building is slated to be completed in 2022, and will be home to about 900 people. It is also home to several tech companies and other entertainment companies. While many of these companies have chosen Los Angeles as the site for their new headquarters, HBO is not the only one considering relocation to this area.

The new Ivy Station is slated to be one of the largest mixed-use projects in the city. The development will feature a five-story office building, 200 apartments, 50,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, and a 148-key boutique hotel. The development will have more than 1,500 parking spaces, including 300 for rail-line users. The development will have abundant natural light, operable windows, and multiple view corridors.

Once the project is complete, HBO will occupy the entire 240,000 square-foot office space. The move will take place early in 2021, which is approximately three years after its current headquarters location in Santa Monica. The new headquarters will be part of a mixed-use development, with shops, apartments, and restaurants, adjacent to a Culver City Metro Expo Line station. The project is slated to be completed sometime in the middle of 2020.

Ivy Station will include 128,000 square feet of office space

Across the street from the former HBO offices in the Westwood neighborhood, the Ivy Station complex is slated to feature 128,000 square feet of creative office space, much of it already leased to Apple's Entertainment Division. The complex is being developed by Lincoln Property Company and Gensler and will also feature 4,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space. In addition to the creative office space, the complex will also include underground parking and retail space.

The development will also feature 200 apartments, a 148-room hotel, and more than 1,500 underground parking spaces. The courtyard will be expanded and host activities including movie nights, fitness classes, and concerts. HBO will move to the new location in 2021. The project will be completed by 2022. The developer, Aecom-Canyon Partners, plans to complete the project by the end of 2019.

The Ivy Station project will also house the content division of Apple. Apple already has an office complex in Culver City for its employees. HBO will move into the new building later this year. Netflix has declined to comment on plans to expand their real estate in Southern California. But the new space will be home to a diverse array of companies. The project's proximity to Hollywood and Culver City makes it a prime location for companies looking to expand their footprints.

The Platform will also contain a four-story, 60,000-square-foot main building and 4,750-square-foot virtual production space. Its proximity to the Metro Expo line will help the building attract more tenants. The building's proximity to the Metro Expo Line was a major selling point for early tenants, including Soul Cycle, the Reformation, and the fast-casual salad chain Sweetgreen, which is now valued at $1.6 billion. The two developers are gifted salespeople. Several of their tenants are tech giants, and they are lining up for more.

4,500 square feet of ground-level retail

The four-story building is slated to have 128,000 square feet of office space, with an additional 4,500 square foot of ground-level retail. The property will also have ground-level retail space, if you happen to be a fan of HBO. The groundbreaking was held in September 2017, and HBO is aiming to take occupancy in early 2021. The site was formerly known as the Surfas Culinary District, a restaurant supply store and cafe. It will open a new eatery there, as well. Developers Clarion Partners and Lincoln Property Co are developing the site. The building will have twelve8,000 square feet of office space, and is located at Washington Boulevard, across from the Culver City Expo Line.

The location is also a major draw for Apple, which has made the Los Angeles market more attractive for tech companies. Apple's recent purchase of more than one billion dollars' worth of real estate in Culver City has made the neighborhood a hot submarket. In November, Apple announced that it is taking seven5,000 square feet in the new Culver Steps development, and Variety recently reported that Apple would also be taking space in a new project by Lincoln Property Co. at the corner of Washington and National boulevards. The deal with HBO was ultimately not finalized, but the project would remain a hugely desirable location.

The company's move will be accompanied by an additional $16 million in ground-level retail space. The new space will be anchored by the Apple Store, and will be a place where employees can get their daily fix of caffeine and snacks. The building will also have a roof deck with a skylight for a great view of the city. There is also a revolving door between the office space and ground-level retail.

148-room boutique hotel

A 148-room boutique hotel is being planned for downtown Los Angeles. Developers, Sandstone Properties, purchased the site for $4.6 million in 2014. They initially intended to build 200 apartments and a restaurant on the property, but later decided to add a hotel instead. It's not clear what the final product will look like, but it's sure to be stunning. A few years from now, HBO might be looking for a new home, and the new hotel will be the perfect place for the company to move their offices.

The 148-room boutique hotel will be the perfect place for the company to work. HBO will occupy 200,000 square feet of space in Ivy Station, a 5.2-acre megaproject that also includes 200 residential units, 50,000 square feet of restaurant space, and a boutique hotel. The project is expected to open in 2021, with HBO moving in during the same year. It will include a pool, spa, and a fitness center.

The 148-room hotel will be part of a mixed-use complex in the Culver City area. The development team includes AECOM-Canyon Partners and Lowe. Several tenants will be housed within the building. HBO plans to open the hotel in the fall, and it will be located within the site of the studio. The hotel will include both commercial and residential space, with approximately 240,000 square feet of office space.

A 148-room boutique hotel will be the centerpiece of the Ivy Station complex, a mixed-use development adjacent to the Los Angeles Metro Expo Line. The hotel will include two acres of outdoor space, including a rooftop deck. It will also feature 50,000 square feet of ground floor retail. About 300 of these spaces will be reserved for Metro riders. A total of 5,000 parking spaces will be available at Ivy Station.

Two acres of publicly accessible outdoor space

HBO plans to lease an entire office building, encompassing two acres of publicly accessible outdoor space, for its Los Angeles headquarters. The project, developed by AECOM-Canyon Partners, will also include 50,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, 200 apartments and a 148-room boutique hotel. The project also will feature 1,500 below-grade parking spaces, including 300 for Metro transit riders.

The development is expected to be completed in mid-2020. HBO plans to lease all 240,000 square-foot office space. The company will relocate from its current headquarters in Santa Monica in early 2021. The new headquarters will feature two acres of publicly accessible outdoor space, which will be used for the production of movies and television shows. The company will also be located next to Ivy Station, a 500,000-square-foot mixed-use complex being developed by Lowe. It is scheduled to be completed mid-2020.
