HBO's new corporate offices are located in the Ivy Station complex in Culver City. The company wanted to create a splash in its new neighborhood. In order to do so, HBO partnered with Intersection, an experience-driven out-of-home media company, to transform the station into a modern office complex. The resulting project features several forms of out-of-home media to promote the company's new headquarters.

Ivy Station

The construction of the new Ivy Station complex in Los Angeles is set to begin in late 2017. The $300 million development is the result of a collaboration between Rockwood Capital, AECOM-Canyon Partners, and Lowe. The complex will include 200 apartments, a 148-room Hyatt Shay Hotel, and over 240,000 square feet of office space.
